ABOUT US

Oi Oi runs comedy nights and books comedians for pubs, clubs, student unions all over the U.K and abroad as well as corporate events including the Houses of Parliament in Westminster. We currently book over 10 regular clubs and put on national tours for household name comedians.

Oi Oi Comedy creates great comedy nights all over the UK. If you run a pub, club, student union, restaurant, hotel, or even run a festival, we can provide a comedy night to suit your venue and budget. No headaches, no fuss. We take pride in what we do, making certain we have the right selection of comedians to suit your venue and we can do this by having a selection of around 1000 comedians to choose from, including all the big names. Our acts perform regularly at all the big clubs both in this country and around the world. These include Edinburgh and Montreal Festivals, The Comedy Store, Jongleurs and many have appeared on television.

We have over 10 years experience in organising events that offer great value for money and have improved the business of our clients.

If you wish to book a specific comedian or perhaps you've seen them at a club or on T.V, but not sure who they are - we can work it out for you.
The show will last around 2 and half hours. Typically 8.30pm until 11pm.with 2 intervals (to maximise drinks sales for your venue).

All proceeds made from ticket sales are kept by you, the client.


ADVERTISING

With 1 months notice we will hand over line-up information to any local listings (magazines, local papers etc) that you put us in touch with. As well as having a national facebook group (http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/group.php?gid=5725706722&ref=ts) with hundreds of members that will be informed of your new night, we also have regional facebook comedy groups. Now that Oi Oi books so many nights across the UK and abroad this method ensures marketing your night to your area.

We will also provide you with all the information you need to make your own advertisements such as posters and local listings. All of the above is included in the prices quoted below. We don't just book the comedy night for you, we help you market it as well wether you wish the night to be a one off or regular occurence

Support

Over our years or experience we know what makes a successful comedy night and we will send you by email a word document with lots of handy tips to make your night run smoothly and for our regular clients help build a mailing list of customers to notify when the next comedy night will be at your venue. All of this is again, free of charge.

Discounts are available for regular bookings.

Prices: Weekday (Sun-Thurs)

Comedy starts from £275, this will provide at least 4 comedians.

1 Professional circuit headliner. An experienced Jongleurs level regular performer

1 Professional full time comedian as a compere, ensuring a quality feel good factor to start the show and continue throughout the evening

2 Up and coming support acts that have great futures ahead of them.

Prices: Weekend

For the above line up please add £50, therefore prices start from £325, this is due to higher demand for weekend comedy nights and therefore a lower supply of quality comedians.

Want to go big?

If you wish to spend around £550 (depending upon your venue location) a “name” comedian who will be famous enough to attract customers can be booked to close (from appearances on shows like Mock The Week, Have I got News For You Buzzcocks etc) A ticket price of around £10 would be normal for this line-up (which is all kept by you, the client). If you have a specific comedian in mind you'd like, this can be arranged, budget and availability permitting.

COPORATE

While our basic package has provided many venues over the U.K. with great entertainment, we can of course provide nights catering for clients with a bigger budget. If you wish to book a specific comedian or perhaps you've seen them at a club or on T.V, but not sure who they are - we can work it out for you. HOW MUCH NOTICE?

While Oi Oi Comedy is capable of last minute bookings, in order to help us fulfill our commitment to ensuring high quality value for money comedy shows. We would ask that you give us as much time to book the evening for you as possible, ideally at least a month for weekend bookings.
